Special Corporate Membership Offer
This special offer establishes an Elmira Country Club "Temporary Corporate Membership" classification. Please feel free to contact us to discuss this new membership option.
Special Membership Class Description
For each full dues-paying member employed, each Corporation (Business Entity) will be able to add an individual under their employment into the Elmira Country Club's new Temporary Membership class. This new class features:
- No initiation fee, dues - $200.00 plus tax per month, food minimum of $50.00++ per month Joined by March 31,2007
- No initiation fee, dues - $225.00 plus tax per month, food minimum of $50.00++ per month Joined by June 30,2007
- Full use of the facility to include golf, pool, racquet and fitness
- Temporary class member will not be responsible for debt repayment and will have no voting privileges
- All Temporary Corporate memberships will end April 30, 2009, at which time new member will switch to the appropriate classification with full responsibilities if he / she wishes to remain a member
- If the Temporary Corporate member enrolled under this special class leaves the employment of the sponsoring Corporate member, they will need to convert their membership to a regular club membership class with payment of all required dues and assessments.
- prospective members under this category must not have been members of Elmira Country Club within one (1) year from their date of application

Monthly Dues
Employees enrolled under the Temporary Corporate Membership plan will have full use of the Clubhouse, Racquet, Pool, Fitness Facility, and the Elmira Country Club Golf Course. Each member in this class may bring the same guest four (4) times during the year to each of the sport venues upon payment of applicable fees.
- Temporary Corporate Membership class monthly dues: $200.00 + $16.00 tax = $216.00 or $225.00 + $18.00 tax = $243.00 Depending on date Joined.
Club Food Minimum
The monthly food minimum for the Temporary Corporate Membership class is set at $50.00++. This monthly minimum spend does not include beverage charges that are generated at the bar. Food purchases made at the Snack Bar and Halfway House are credited towards the monthly food minimum.
- Minimum of $50.00 + $7.50 service charge + $4.60 tax = $62.10
If the required minimum food spend is not reached during any month, the individual's club account will be billed the difference of what was spent and the required food minimum at the end of the month
