Club Member Registration
Please complete this form with your Lastname, Member ID, and your chosen Username and Password. Please also enter a valid email address, if available. Only primary Club members and spouses are eligible for website registration. We will use your Lastname and Member ID to check our online membership database and, if your membership record is found, your registration will be processed. Once registered, you will gain immediate access to the Members Only areas of our website.
Please remember that spouse Member IDs are followed by the letter 'A' and these individual IDs can be used to allow a spouse to register separately for website access.
Once successfully registered, a message confirming your Username and Password will be sent to the email address you provide. Entering a valid email address will also allow us to help you retrieve a lost password, should you need to do so in the future.
